Let Us Write in Whites

“Do any human beings ever realize life while they live it. . . Every, every minute?”

– Emily Webb, Our Town

We have an honest vision regarding modern life: we live it wrong; or to be precise, it is not the one most of us are currently living.

Things we label modern are nothing short of an escapism—a solitary confinement to escape this contemporary construction upon which we function. Like the beat-laced music we dance to in our brief liberation from all tasks and assignments.

We live to work, we rarely work to live anymore—or rather, we have assigned isolated sphere each to living and working. And thus, Saturday and Monday become an antithesis,  a stark-contrast.

We believe that modern construction in its social and technological advancement should in essence be empowering, simplifying, liberating. It should give us more room to breathe, more time to engage our surrounding, it should allow us to be intimate with our company, to be aware, to realize life while we live it every . . . every minute.

With that in mind, we decide to build a space that can capture the very essence of ourselves: stories, arts, portraits, passion, perspectives—in an act of deviance from being tied down and to be liberated by the true modern soul instead.

This photo will serve our welcoming picture to a page we dedicate for us and those who wish to take part in this vision we would like to share.

Let us edge the clutter with blank, let us simplify, let us write in whites.
